How many people attend the event?
We take great care in keeping our events small. We can accommodate 50-60 people at each event. This allows us to provide the best service to our guests while allowing for a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
Can I sit with my friends?
Absolutely! When registering you are asked to provide names of those you want to sit with. Those forms are used when we prepare our seating chart for the event to make sure all requests are met.
If I want to stay at the hotel do I have to book the hotel room on my own?
No! We aim to make things as simple as possible for you. We handle everything! All you need to do is choose your room package (single, double, etc.) when you register. Our events are stress free! We don't want you to worry if you have a room, what the deadline is, or if the hotel is sold out.
I would love to attend but don't see a package that works for me. What should I do?

Do I have to pack up my stuff each day?
That’s one of the best parts! Once you come and set up you are ready to go the next day just where you left off. The room is always monitored or secured during sleeping hours.
How does the massage sign up work?
When you register for an event, you will make a massage selection based on what you anticipate wanting at the event. About 10 days before the event you will receive an email with a link to actually sign up and choose the days/times you would like.
What ages can attend?
For the benefit and enjoyment of everyone, all attendees need to be at least 18 years of age.
Are there supplies for sale on site?
Yes! We set up a mini store at each event that is full of stickers, papers, embellishments, cardstock, adhesive and all kinds of items you might need during the weekend. We pride ourselves on always having the newest supplies that have been released in the scrapbooking world.
Can people not attending the event come in to shop?
Yes! Anyone is welcome to shop our mini store the Saturday of each event from 11am-11pm!
What is the cancellation policy?
Your $70 deposit is non refundable unless we cancel the event or your spot is filled by someone else.

If cancellation is made once full payment has been made, we cannot refund your money unless we cancel the event or your spot is filled by someone else.

Weather related cancellations are at the discretion of the hotel the event is held at and Crafty Chicks. Typically, if there is no state of emergency ordering people to stay home, the event will go on. The events are held at hotels so driving during any potential storms is not necessary.

In all cases if payment is made to us in any manner other than cash or check, the credit/debit card fees will not be refunded as those remain with the processing company.
